"la Finca" - Maguez

  

The holiday home "la Finca" is situated on the plateau of Maguez. The house is approx 280 years old and has been renovated with love by the owners. The propery has an total area of 14000 m² and is situated in the northern part of Lanzarote. The property "la Finca" is layed out with a good taste. The house has alternative electricity (solar and wind). It is made that you wont miss anything. To Arrieta it is about 5 minutes with the car. There you find several restaurants, a supermarket and a very nice beach that is also perfect for surfers.

The house "la Finca" has an area of 150 m². There is a kitchen, lunch-corner, two bedrooms with a double bed each, a bathroom, a seperate toilet, a living room, Sat-TV, video and a small stereo system with cd. Two roofed terraces and one sun terrace.
