Manea Terraza Lounge Bar

The seriously stylish and ultra-romantic Manea Bar at CC La Mulata is situated near the Natura Palace Hotel, Montana Roja, Playa Blanca. From the gardens here you can sit in zen-style calm and comfort, in a luxurious sofa, under a shady canopy, and you can even swing gently in a hanging chair. There are informal walkways amongst the grass that are softly lit after dark, and the garden looks out directly out on to the spectacular Atlantic, Bocaina Straits, and the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. You'd go a long way to find a better view in Lanzarote, (with the possible exception of Mirador del Rio, of course).
By day, the Manea serves drinks and bar snacks from a cocktail bar situated in the gardens. By night, it is highly popular for cocktails and drinks, especially during the hours leading up to sunset, when the views from the terraza are at their most spectacular. Many people like to visit the Manea for drinks before dinner at one of the restaurants at La Mulata such as Luna Rossa or Sebastyan's.
On one Saturday in every month (two in the summer months) there is a party disco night at the Manea, with a DJ playing a wide range of music: Bossa, Samba, Boogaloo, Soul, Jazz, Funk and Afrobeat - not to be missed by those of you who like to party!
The Manea Bar is a haven for romantic couples of all ages.

My husband and I have just returned from Playa Blanca and spent a number of wonderful evenings in the Manea. Beautifully furnished, great staff and a fantastic position on the seafront. Would highly recommend!! Oh and the cocktails are fantastic too!!!
I am staying in the H10 Rubicon Palace mid march...does anyone know how I would get to the Manea Bar as I've heard great reviews about the place? Also, what time does the bar sell drinks until and if anyone could say what the weather would be like then whilst sitting outside so I know what to pack please that would be so helpful. Cat x
Hi Cat, there are a few H10 hotels in Playa Blanca with the word 'Palace' in them - a bit confusing I'm afraid. The Manea Bar is a great place to chill and watch the sun go down, as well as a great night venue - it's open til late. It is near the H10 Natura Palace Hotel in CC La Mulata, Montana Roja - a few kms to the south of Playa Blanca. To get there, either jump in a taxi and ask the driver to take you to Manea Bar, Montana Roja, or take the promenade walk from the port at Playa Blanca and you'll get right to it after about 20 minutes.
